I pursue subtle and obscure feelings/experiences beyond words. I seek themes as I work along, immersed in the process and in contemplation. It might be sound, music, silence, smell, view of natural phenomena, or sense of being in a foreign country. It might be a complicated mixture of those things or really about nothing. The work has its own reality and speaks own unintelligible language. My work is for the viewers, with their own association, to visit (or revisit) such feelings or experience.
